During the initial assessment, we discuss your health history & health issues you are experiencing. During follow up visits we will utilize the following tools to troubleshoot areas of nutritional deficiencies & weakness. Together we develop a plan to achieve your health goals.
- Nutritional Analysis Questionnaire (Nutri-Q)
This is an in-depth, online questionnaire that will be sent via email and helps assess weakness in the body as well as dietary deficiencies. Through the NAQ we will determine which part(s) of the digestive tract need immediate support and discuss necessary nutritional and lifestyle changes.
- Functional Evaluation (FE) & Lingual-Neuro Testing (LNT)
The Functional Evaluation uses specific neurological testing points throughout the body, in which when pressure is applied will indicate areas of concern. Once the baseline is established we Lingual-Neuro Test select supplements by holding them on the tongue for a brief moment to confirm which nutrients will bring balance back to the body.
- Morphogenic Field Technique (MFT)
MFT is an energetic testing system designed to move the body towards greater health. It is a form of muscle testing, or Applied Kinesiology, that utilizes the M-field around the body. It allows us to develop an individualized supplement/nutrient protocol that works best for your body to heal.
- Food Journals
You will fill out a minimum of 3 days of Food Journals in order to assess your current macro nutrient intake. This allows us to pinpoint areas of your daily nutrition schedule and make improvements.
